The mission of the Buford congregation of the Lord's church is to carry on the mission given to the church you read about in the New Testament.  They were to glorify and honor God through prescribed worship; preach the gospel of Christ to all the world; build up and encourage fellow Christians; and help the poor and down trodden.

The Bible is God's Word for all people of all time. Our vision is to be a conduit between the mind of God revealed in Scripture, and the mind of every person. We want to do this by proclaiming the Bible's truths in their simplicity and power through our actions and our teaching. Cultures change, people change, the world changes, but God's Word endures forever.
